World Mental Health Day 2021 – Preliminary Announcement. Online web event celebration in Athens, Greece will be celebrated on Friday, 8th October 2021.
PROFESSOR GEORGE CHRISTODOULOU DECLARED “HONORARY PROFESSOR” BY THE MILAN SCHOOL OF MEDICINE.
Professor George Christodoulou, President of the Society of Preventive Psychiatry was awarded the academic title of “Magister ad Honorem” (Honorary Professor) by the Milan School of Medicine on the 7th of June, 2021.
NEW EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP ON MENTAL HEALTH CARE ESTABLISHED BETWEEN WPA AND NCD ACADEMY.
The Society of Preventive Psychiatry and all other WPA’s Affiliate Member Societies have been informed that a new educational initiative partnership between the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) and the American College of Cardiology NCD Academy on Mental Health Care has been ventured by the President of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) Dr. Afzal Javed and established as of July 2021. The aim of this initiative is to foster better integration of behavioural and mental health services at the primary care level.
