In the case of the dissolution of the Society of Preventive Psychiatry, its property is granted, in accordance with the General Assembly’s decision, to another society, association or public institution serving the same purpose
The Society of Preventive Psychiatry can be dissolved in compliance with the circumstances provided by the Law or following a relevant decision of the General Assembly. To this purpose, the presence or the representation of the absolute majority of members who have fulfilled their financial obligations and the majority of ¾ of the people present at the General Assembly meeting are of absolute need. In the case of the dissolution of the Society of Preventive Psychiatry, its property is granted, in accordance with the General Assembly’s decision, to another society, association or public institution serving the same purpose.
