The Administrative Board of the Society of Preventive Psychiatry is constituted by three (3) full members named by the General Assembly . It manages the Society’s affairs and assets, according to the law and the Articles, and sees to the Society’s public welfare objectives

The Society of Preventive Psychiatry is managed by the Administrative Board, which is elected every three years by the regular General Assembly, according to what is mentioned in the “GENERAL ASSEMBLY” section, and is constituted by three (3) full members named by the General Assembly.

It manages the Society’s affairs and assets, according to the law and the Articles, and sees to the Society’s objectives, as the latter are defined in the “PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION” section. It convenes the General Assembly and executes its decisions, draws up the annual budget, hires and fires the Society’s staff and deals with any issue regarding the Society’s function and activity.
