The Auditing Committee of the Society of Preventive Psychiatry is convened after notification of the Chairperson of the Administrative Board, at any time between the 10th and the 20th January of each year. It is obliged to audit the treasury and the receipts of any collection of money, to check all payment orders and relevant documentation, which the committee must sign with its initials. It also checks the treasury’s account and submits a relevant report to the General Assembly.
